Sex Offender loses First Amendment case

Although I am an avid supporter of First Amendment rights, these rights, like all rights in the Bill of Rights, are not absolute.  I agree with the decision.  It's too bad the ACLU will back these questionable types of cases and yet refuse to support the Second Amendment.  Their attitude is a good look at Left-wing hypocrisy about the Bill of Rights.

  2. As offensive and disgusting as sex offenders are, I agree with the ACLU on this one. The internet is definitely not a playground. There's that occasional evil at the other end. Whether it be sex offenders or scam artists, the very young and very old are easy prey for the criminal minds. Parents and communities need to educate our most vulnerable populations to be aware of lurking dangers at the other end of their monitor.

There's always the gallows for nonredeemable sex offenders. At least there should be.
