U.S. District Court rules that AR-15's not protected by Second Amendment

Another bad 2nd Amend. decision   This is another aspect of the Second Amendment that needs to be clarified ASAP by the U.S. Supreme Court.

  1. "Assault" is a term used by anti-gunners to deceive the public and courts into believing the AR variants are offensive battlefield weapons only. That's lie # 1 as selective fully automatics are the firearms of choice for such encounters. Lie # 2 is about the 2A's founding history which focuses on the defensive use of guns. Doesn't matter the weapon's physically appearance or how many rounds are rapidly sent down range.

No excuse for a court decision, either.
