Gun Rights Victory from Mass. Highest Court
The Mass. Supreme Court overturned a bureaucratic attempt to terminate the Plaintiff's gun permit. Another sign of continued vitality of the Second Amendment civil rights movement. Eternal vigilance and lawsuits are the price of liberty!

I agree with Massachusetts' SC decision even though Simkin displayed very poor judgement by carrying his arms into a medical exam room. Such weapons cannot be properly secured while the healthcare staff is working with the patient. Simkin should have understood this and planned accordingly.

ReplyDeleteMy cousin recently got in trouble for having a firearm in a no carry zone. The business had a sign posted. anyways he needs to find a firm that specializes in criminal law in Fairbanks, AK.
