Great! Just what we need on the heels of SCOTUS' Brown v. Plata. Let convicted criminals go free while subverting citizens' inalienable right to defend themselves. Voters beware of false advertisement. If these mayors truly wanted to reduce crime in their cities, they'd focus on criminals and stop harassing law abiding gun owners.
