Supreme Court adds 2 high profile cases to its docket for this term.
The U.S. Supreme Court has added two controversial cases to its docket for this time.
One is Arizona's anti-illegal alien law and the other is the Texas redistricting case. Expect decisions late Spring or early Summer.
What's wrong with America? Redistricting per race and/or ethnicity to give densely populated minorities more power? Whatever happened to representing communities. You know my thoughts on geographic verses group representation. The latter qualifies as mob rule. California's social progressive urbanites in Los Angeles and San Francisco have long ago silenced the state's small town and rural voice. Earl Warren's "one person, one vote" set the stage for this unsettling injustice.
We are a representative republic. Not an absolute democracy as big government social progressives would have all of us believe. Who are these self-righteous buffoons who mislead the public about our actual form of government? The mass media, supreme court justices, academia, power-grabbing politicians, and the list goes on.
