Unaccountable Presidents a Huge Risk
Doesn't matter who is in the White House. President's need to be accountable.
Thanks for sharing this nicely written summary regarding presidential powers. Thomas Sowell would make an excellent U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice. The Roberts' court would greatly benefit from Sowell's wise commentary. In fact, they and congress should keep a copy of this article posted for the next four years of Obama's reign, pun intended.
