Illinois and concealed carry, possible appeal to U.S. Supreme Court.

Illinois is the only state that does not allow any form of concealed carry by law-abiding citizens.  The U.S. Court of Appeals held that the state must enact such a law to comply with the Second Amendment.  A bill to do this is before the governor.  But as an Illinois Democratic politician,  he is likely to veto it.  Hre must make a decision by July 9.  The state has asked for an extension of time to decide whether or not to fil and appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
