Caught in the squeeze between the cartels and gangs and strict Mexican gun laws, some Mexicans are exercising their natural law right to have reasonable weapons for self-defense. As usual, criminals ignore gun laws and those who try to are victimized. In the end, the need for security trumps authoritarian government edicts. Thanks to Bennett Jones for the link.

Reminds me of this amazing story where a Mexican rancher armed himself and took a few of those cartel thugs with him. How an event like this didn't inspire more Mexicans to fight is beyond me.
