Have been on vacation but am now back at it!
DEA raids Washington state-legal pot dispensary. Colorado recently legalized recreational pot and joined a trend. 19 states have legal medical marijuana. Obama hinted he would back off on federal enforcement, but it doesn't appear to be happening. A showdown is inevitable. Under Supreme Court precedent (Gonzalez v. Raich), federal drug laws trump state legalization. Stay tuned!
