9-year old boy charged with murder.
Believe it or not, he is not the youngest. This case will go to juvenile court.
Young juvenile killers senselessly commit their atrocities with no thought about the consequences of their criminal action(s). The real question is whether it was immaturity alone or an inherent sociopathy that drove these children's heinous deed(s). Either way, they should face harsh disciplinary confinement. Except for the pure sociopathic personality, most children old enough to do these bad acts usually have a basic understanding of right and wrong.
