Not a victory at all if one's sidearm must be unloaded and locked away. Doesn't make much sense if encountered by a threat. I suppose the transporting of firearms is at least better than a total ban.
ReplyDelete44: Thanks for the post. Good point! Arguably, even these new rules would violate the Second Amendment. This is a good first step. Incremental progress is better than none.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment. IMHO, I think you would agree that Breyer is a transparent ideologue. It's easy for anyone attempting an unbiased analysis to see this about Breyer. His hucksterism is an embarrassment to the dignity of the office.
