No legalized pot in California
The California initiative to legalize small-scale pot use and production failed at the polls. Mexico's President was against it. It might have been an interesting experiment, but it would have been contrary to federal law and may never have gotten off the ground anyway. Backers may try again in 2012. LINK

Legalizing wacky tobacco in California should only be up to a majority of its legal residents, and they voted not to legalize it. It should never have been made a federal or international matter. The issue I see with California's pot heads is they toked before pulling the lever last Tuesday. Their choice of governor and national representation is proof of a self destructive nature. And any stoned new aged liberal wanting to make a statement here in Texas should be deported to Mexico with a fair warning and directions home attached to their rear.
ReplyDelete44: Thanks for the comment. It will be interesting to see what happens in 2012!
ReplyDeleteDang . . . how're they gonna get by with just booze and religion?
ReplyDeleteAs they always have. And Texans are doing just fine without adding mind altered zombies. The active ingredient of wacky tobacco has been available in pill form for years. I know of no medical professional who advocates smoking anything, much less Jane. And they're usually into correct dosing levels as well, to include the moderate consumption of alcoholic beverages. Religion is more of a personal matter.
ReplyDeleteThanks Ridgway and 44. This issue is not going to go away in Calif. Look for another push in 2012.
