If you've been following big time, big $ college sports you know that there are lots of ethically challenged folks in that business. The NCAA "tries" to police it ,but scandals are rampant. Banning post-season play for the next season and cutting back on scholarships punishes "student athletes" who had no part in the wrongdoing.
