11th Circuit strikes down individual mandate in Obamacare
The 11th Circuit has found the individual mandate in Obamacare unconstitutional. I agree with the decision. If the idea of enumerated powers and a government with Art I limits on its powers is to remain meaningful, this has to be done. Lower courts have split about 50/50 on this. This will be the big case for the 2011-2012 term.

The 11th Circuit was partially right. Obamacare in its entirety is unconstitutional. The whole thing needs to be repealed. For the country's economic survival, see http://www.weeklystandard.com/articles/unhealthy-debt_577797.html.
ReplyDeleteFor the sake of our founders' dual sovereign design under federalism, the national government must remove themselves from all domestic concerns like education and healthcare.
We're not the Unionized Single State of America (USSA), Or is this the social progressives' ultimate "CHANGE" they "HOPE" for? My tolerance for their aggressively hateful propaganda is wearing very thin.
