Some have opined that if you add up those present, those watching on TV and those watching online streaming, it's the largest. Streaming is a new phenomenon, remember?
That it was not the largest in physical attendance is meaningless. After all, WashDC voted over 70% Dem, so travel to an inauguration is trivial. For red state people, it's far more serious--and particularly so in Obama's economy.
And the whole issue is irrelevant to anything, anyway.
