College campuses don't only provide academics, but also an environment where young adults become responsible citizens. Unfortunately, the latter goal has been undermined by the prior's ivory tower social-progressives' dark crystal ball. A dangerous situation that ignores reality. As a Texan, I find it disturbing that many educators in our state will throw logic to the wind in favor of fear driven policies. Because universities are part of their respective local communities, they should recognize the same carry rights students exercise off campus.
