A new outrage in the Geo. Zimmerman Case.
Irrespective of the truth of the allegations, judicial approval and the prosecutor's release of these sexual abuse allegation claims seems totally outrageous and a violation of Zimmerman's right to a fair trial. If this doesn't represent a "serious and imminent threat to the administration of justice," I don't know what might. The alleged offenses didn't even occur in Fla. and are not related to his homicide charges in Fla. The hysteria and witch-hunt intensify as the demonization continues. Looks like the Jacobins have taken over media coverage and the processing of this case. A fair trial for Zimmerman seems increasingly improbable. The "reign of terror" for Zimmerman is just beginning. Guilty or not of any of these allegations, he deserves a fair trial.

I think that was the point. Corey over charged, she knows it and has to find a way to keep the Orlando area from going up in air pollution. After watching the Casey Anthony case, and seeing that even in Florida, a jury knows trial by media and bullshit when they see it. So, she poisons the jury pool.
ReplyDeleteOther than maliciously prejudicing the jury, the child sexual abuse history offers nothing constructive or relative to the prosecution's case against Zimmerman. In regard to the sexual abuse allegation and given the close ages of perpetrator and victim, I have one question, where were these kids' parents?
ReplyDeleteWell OK . . . the door has been flung open . . . let's interview someone about the statistics on crimes committed by blacks against hispanics. Ask any city cop ---- it's an eye-opener.
