ReplyDeleteSCOTUS is suppose to ensure constitutional limits on the federal government's power. They're a circuit breaker to block the destructive nature of powering grabbing politicos. Instead, liberals on the bench short circuit this protective duty to force their own progressive ideologies. These politically inclined liberal justices have recklessly corrupted the foundational strength of our country's original federalism. Under their misguided decisions, it's only a matter of time before the USA completely fails and collapses. I truly believe a Supreme Court that redefines federalism to fit an intrusive bureaucratic national government would be condemned as being an absolute abomination by our nation's founding architects.
