Interesting First Amendment case--Jury tampering
In U.S. v. Heicklen the defendant was charged with jury tampering. According to the source "Prosecution for exercising one’s free speech rights is becoming a trend
in the current Administration and the Department of Justice (DOJ)." Other administration actions also suggest the current administration is not a friend of freedom of religion either.
