Long before the fast and furious story went public, and BP agent Brain Terry was murdered, I thought something was askew. For some time, photos showing captured cartel weapons in Mexico that were said to have originated in the U.S. had gone viral on the internet. Shown were military arsenals with many fully automatic weapons. Given current U.S. gun laws, I wondered how this was possible. Now I know.
