What strict gun control means for the average person
What ordinary citizens in the U.S. have to look forward to if we adopt British-style gun control in the U.S. Thank God for American Bill of Rights!
I'm not a fan of gun control that is obviously devoid of reason. The blog, however is nothing more than a "he said she said" that we are expected to accept as supporting fact. Moynihan dryly stated that we can all have our own opinions, but we can't all have our own facts . . . unfortunately internet blogs are not governed by that requirement and I would advise anyone subscribing to "facts" thus acquired to proceed with more than usual caution.
There are lots of stories coming from England about victims who attempt to protect themselves only to become a defendant in a criminal case initiated by local police.
Thanks to all for posting! On a related civil liberties note, England probably has more surveillance cameras than any other country. If you want to be observed and controlled and European-style socialism--go to England. If you want some civil liberties, stay here!
