Partial victory in Second Amendment ruling on DC gun laws

Portions of D.C.'s gun laws were again struck down by federal courts.  Other parts were upheld.  A number of parts of the statutes have been struck down in recent years. For more on this, and a slightly different take, see the NYT article. The opinion is here.
