U.S. Supreme Court to hear appeal in controversial Texas University Affirmative Action
This college affirmative action case from Texas has the potential to be the vehicle for major change in the relationship between Affirmative Action and Equal Protection. Look for a 5-4 decision from the S.Ct.
Affirmative action was just another hair brained idea by social progressives who are constantly trying to engineer society. Their nonsense may serve Germany's 1930s National Socialist state, but equal protection fits America's value of impartiality. Enough said.
Seems like we have been moving backward lately in our efforts toward color-blindness.
