Post-Katrina Cop's Suicide Now Being Investigated as Murder
Latest twist in the ongoing tale of the dark world of the NOPD. LINK
If the wife's suspicions are accurate, the involved individuals have a choice. Either come clean while pleading for mercy or suffer a far greater fate in the end. Either way they're going down by society's pursuit for justice, and failing that, by the righteous hand of the Almighty.
Forensics is justice's scientific method in search of supportive evidence. My guess is seasoned investigators would look for multiple sources of information or leads. Be it the wife's suspicions or a basic gut feeling. Conspiracy theories, coincidence or mysticism may provide good starting points. Never discount any crumb that could point toward the correct path.
