Another Court finds the DOMA unconstitutional
Another court has found the federal Defense of Marriage Act unconstitutional. Given the Supreme Court's precedents, (e.g. Lawrence, Romer, Loving) this is the correct result. Good links to more info. at the bottom of the article.
Defining the institution of marriage is up to voters, not the court. The latter failed to see the greater social implication of their misguided decision.
The 9th CCOA followed legal precedent???
